I’m finally catching up on blogging my 2018 weddings!  One of my favorite couples – Taylor and James!  We had so much fun styling their engagement session and from that I knew that their wedding would be so fun!  There are moments at every wedding that pull at my heart strings.  Sometimes it’s the MOB, quietly crying in the corner watching her little girl get into her wedding dress.  Sometimes it’s the Best Man who’s been best friends with the groom since Kindergarten and shares hysterical (and sometimes inappropriate but still funny) stories of their childhood…and sometimes, sometimes it’s the groom.  I watched James throughout his wedding day, taking in all of the moments.  I would catch him snapping a photo, of his new bride, from his phone behind me – still makes me laugh thinking about it.  One of the sweetest moments was during Taylor and her father’s dance.  James pulled out his phone to video tape it (see the photo at the end of the post!).  Moments like these are truly the best and make me so happy that I do what I do.  The wedding day is often busy and sometimes chaotic but James took a few moments to soak in his beautiful bride.  Cheers Taylor and James, I’m so happy for your next adventure together!
