It was truly a dream wedding day for Amber + Derek at Terranea Resort. One of the most beautiful venues in Southern California to host a wedding, with its Mediterranean-inspired architecture, Terranea Resort is the perfect backdrop for a romantic and elegant wedding. Located on the picturesque Palos Verdes Peninsula and boasts over 100 acres of stunning oceanfront property. Plus, you can usually spot a few dolphins swimming in the ocean at least once a day! Amber + Derek were such a treat to work with, and the wedding – designed by Jen from First Pick Planning, was beyond gorgeous! Amber + Derek’s fur babies are very important to them, so they made it a priority to have them there and incorporate them into the photos. The fur babies were also incorporated into the Signature Cocktail menu! The ceremony was officiated by Amber’s brother, Kevin, who filled the ceremony with sweet + funny stories of the couple (truly, one of the best ceremonies I’ve attended!). From the beautifully painted watercolor paper elements from Sam Allen Creates, the stunning views at the venue, the incredibly kind + super fun family & friends and with Jen pulling it all together to create the absolutely perfect wedding day.
