Winter Wedding at The Immaculata Church & Petco Park in San Diego

Leigh & Henry’s amazing wedding weekend was beautifully designed and planned by Lally of Lally Events. The weekend started with a welcome party at The Lodge Torrey Pines with lots of family and friends to kick off the fun filled next few days. Leigh and Henry said I do at The Immaculata at University San Diego, quite possibly one of the most beautiful churches I have ever seen. Leigh and Henry opted out of a first look, so we knew that those first moments during the processional would be magical (…and they did not disappoint), plus the backdrop of the church is pretty epic.

Guests were then invited to Petco Park (Go Padres!) for cocktail hour & reception. From the beautifully designed details, the reception space was totally transformed. The reception was located in The Western Metal Supply Co building within Petco Park stadium, which is one of the most iconic elements at Petco Park (it sits in left field) and encompasses San Diego’s heritage. Later in the evening we were offered a special tour of the baseball field. With the couple, one photographer (me), one videographer and an assistant we headed down to the field! It was a one of a kind experience to photograph the bride & groom on the field, the pitchers mound and on home base! The Lucky Devil’s Band provided amazing music and had everyone dancing the night away!
