The Adamson House
Nakisa and Nikhil
June 1st, 2019
“I get ready, I get all dressed up
To go nowhere in particular
It doesn’t matter if I’m not enough
For the future or the things to come
‘Cause I’m young and in love
I’m young and in love” – Lana Del Ray
It was a lovely June gloom day in Malibu at The Adamson House but for photography, it was absolutely perfect! The Brassfern House knocked it out with some of the most gorgeous ranunculus I have ever seen! The Spotted Hen not only took care the day of coordination but also provided the most DELICIOUS farm to table dinner! I don’t normally comment on the dinner in my blog posts so you’ll know that this dinner was OUT OF THIS WORLD! Nakisa had 7 beautiful bridesmaids with a mix-match of dusty rose dresses. The first look was so sweet and I think I even saw a little tear from Nikhil. The ceremony was filled with laughs, tears and a “sweet” Persian, honey ceremony. The food was SO amazing, the location couldn’t have been better and the party was outta this world! All in all, it was a great wedding! Congratulations to you both – I had so much fun documenting your beautiful wedding! xx
The Asal (the Honey). Symbolically, this represents sweetness of the situation and the many wishes for a sweet life shared by Nakisa + Nikhil.
Such a sweet moment when Nakisa + Nik hugged their officiant (and friend) Nicholas!
Nakisa + Nikhil beaming as they walked back down the isle.
The Adamson House is such an iconic, Malibu venue with great views of the surfers.
